Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and client service skills.
• Ability to independently coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute assigned Pharmacy Network programs, initiatives, and meetings with plans, timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Serve as primary point of contact for Pharmacy Network clients, addressing needs and onboarding.
• Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, including logistics and content
• Monitor client participation, onboarding, and engagement to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources for seamless program execution.
• Maintain client and program data in Salesforce or other CRM, prepare engagement reports.
• Coordinate communications, newsletters, materials, and digital resources for programs.
• Manage program calendars, budget forecasts, and expenses.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Utilize approved AI and digital tools to support communications and reporting.
