Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Head of Projects to lead a team delivering advanced management services in line with strategic objectives.

The role sits within the Project Management function, overseeing projects from initiation through completion. You will supervise staff, manage procurement and contracts, coordinate cross-functional work, and ensure financial performance while aligning with CBRE’s standards and values.

Qualifications

• Requires 5–8 years of relevant experience; degree preferred.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Ability to lead staff development, performance reviews, and retention.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, including training and evaluations.
• Coordinate daily activities, set work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor deadlines.
• Oversee all phases of project management: procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, and execution.
• Ensure procurement, negotiation, execution, and closeout are accurate and compliant.
• Monitor billing, AR, expenses, staffing, and full P&L to EBITDA.
• Work cross-functionally with other business lines to meet objectives.
• Identify complex project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Apply broad business knowledge to improve methods and standards.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RI SE values.
