Job summary

Voyager Technologies in Pueblo, CO and Penrose, CO seeks a Program Manager II to lead a portfolio of 3–5 projects in strategic systems, coordinating with engineers, clients, and government partners to align scope, schedule, and budgets.

Reporting to the General Manager of Voyager Energetics, this onsite role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or management, 2+ years of program management experience, and readiness for travel and security clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or management (or equivalent)
• 2 years of experience in project or supply chain management and operations
• Experience managing defense or government projects
• Experience negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, or customers
• Experience with project management software to manage schedules and budgets

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive plans for a portfolio of 3-5 projects, including scope, schedule, cost estimates, risk assessments, and resource requirements
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and government agencies, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives
• Monitor and project budgets/financials, ensuring adherence to financial targets and cost management throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage and communicate scope changes, ensuring alignment with program goals and customer expectations
