Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. seeks a Program Manager for Strategic Systems to lead Voyager’s portfolio of programs across solid rocket motors, chemicals, and explosives, coordinating with the chief engineer.

The role is onsite in Pueblo and Penrose, CO, reporting to the General Manager of Voyager Energetics. You will develop integrated plans, liaise with internal teams, clients, and government agencies, and oversee budgets and scope changes to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in project or supply chain management and operations.
• Experience managing defense or government projects.
• Experience negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, or customers.
• Experience with project management software to manage schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive plans for a portfolio of 3-5 projects, including scope, schedule, cost estimates, risk assessments, and resource requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and government agencies, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Monitor and project budgets/financials, ensuring adherence to financial targets and cost management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and communicate scope changes, ensuring alignment with program goals and customer expectations.
