Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Program Manager for Strategic Systems to lead a portfolio across solid rocket motors, chemicals, and explosives. The role reports to the General Manager and is based on-site in Pueblo and Penrose, CO.

You will coordinate 3–5 projects, manage budgets, and serve as the primary liaison with customers and government agencies to ensure clear objectives and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in project or supply chain management and operations.
• Experience managing defense or government projects.
• Experience negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, or customers.
• Experience with project management software to manage schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of 3–5 projects with scope, schedule, cost, risk, and resources.
• Act as liaison between internal teams, clients, and government agencies for objective alignment.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance; enforce cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and communicate scope changes to ensure program goals and customer expectations are met.
