Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Program Manager for Strategic Systems to lead a portfolio of programs across solid rocket motors, chemicals, and explosives. The role reports to the General Manager of Voyager Energetics and is based in Pueblo and Penrose, CO, with onsite or hybrid options for qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate has a engineering/science/management background and 10+ years in project or supply chain management, including defense or government projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or management (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in project or supply chain management and operations.
• Experience with defense or government projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans for a portfolio of 3-10 projects, including scope, schedule, cost estimates, risk assessments, and resource requirements.
• Serve as primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and government agencies.
• Monitor and manage budgets and financials, ensuring adherence to targets and cost control.
• Communicate scope changes, ensuring alignment with program goals and customer expectations.
