Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience supporting client-facing programs, operations, account management, or business initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting and business intelligence tools.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data and communicate insights effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of account-wide strategies and initiatives to improve operational performance, financial results, and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with client stakeholders and internal partners to align priorities and expectations.
• Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, including sales, labour, and other KPIs.
• Develop recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations with actionable insights for leadership.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reviews by identifying trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving operations, culinary, hospitality, facilities, technology, and finance.
• Drive accountability for action items and strategic initiatives through tracking and follow-up.
• Support planning and execution of client business reviews, workshops, and engagement activities.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and collaborate with leadership to implement solutions.
• Facilitate communication between client accounts and corporate support teams for timely issue resolution.
