ISS Facility Services - North America seeks a Project Manager to drive cross-functional programs for national accounts, delivering on client objectives, cost, schedule and quality, from design through construction in manufacturing, industrial, commercial and office sectors.

You will report to the VP of Capital Projects NA; lead scoping, schedules, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination while utilizing ISS processes and tools to scale our Capital Projects offering.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; construction/cost/building sciences preferred.
• Expert in Project Management software, especially Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of cost estimating and budget management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end using ISS Global process.
• Define project scope, objectives, cost, timing and quality expectations.
• Develop and manage project schedules.
• Coordinate with project contractors and supply chain.
• Chair meetings with clear follow-through and risk actions.
• Prepare project reports including updates and financial tracking.
