Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America in Florida is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to act as a key finance partner supporting a complex client account. You will lead monthly forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, provide actionable insights, and ensure contractual compliance and robust financial controls.

This role requires collaboration with operations leadership, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, with a hybrid work arrangement based in South Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 5+ years of financial management experience in a client interfacing role preferred.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial controls.
• Experience presenting financial results to senior leadership and clients.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent professional certification.
• Knowledge of IFRS reporting requirements.
• Experience in facilities management, food services, hospitality, outsourcing, or contract services industries.
• Experience with ERP systems, business intelligence tools, and data visualization platforms.
