Responsibilities include client management, service delivery, and employee development to achieve margins and growth. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous Management and/or Team Lead/Supervisor experience preferred in an operations-driven field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills including client-facing abilities.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Enhance Client Success & Retention by serving as the primary contact, addressing escalations promptly, and ensuring SLAs are met.
• Drive Operational Efficiency & Profitability through oversight of account performance, margin management, and vendor partnerships.
• Support & Develop a High-Performing Team by coaching and mentoring Account Managers, fostering accountability, and aligning with department goals.
• Oversee client management, service management, and employee management across accounts.
• Drive Account Growth & Development by identifying opportunities for margin and service improvements and coordinating with procurement and vendor relations.
