ISS Facility Services - North America seeks a Commercial Finance Manager to serve as a key Finance Business Partner for a complex client account. Drive profitability, forecasting accuracy, risk mitigation, and growth with data-driven analysis.

The role requires strong financial acumen, contract management, and client-facing leadership to influence decisions and ensure contractual compliance across operations and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years financial management in client-facing role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting and variance analysis.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Analyze results with forward-looking forecasts and recommendations.
• Present financial results to leadership and clients.
• Manage contract terms, billing, and compliance.
• Coach and develop finance team.
