Job summary

Allegiant is seeking a Business Program Manager to partner with Executives and steering committees across Corporate, Commercial, People, or Operations. You will drive planning, surface risks, and maintain an integrated view of execution with Value Stream Leaders, Technology, and the IMO.

Strong governance, roadmap and risk management skills are essential. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in program management, including 3+ years in PMO or large cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading governance bodies and steering committees.
• Proven ability to manage roadmaps, milestones, RAID logs and status reports.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SteerCo agenda and materials; manage actions and decisions.
• Ensure SteerCo meetings are focused, actionable and decision oriented.
• Coordinate executive updates; surface roadblocks for removal.
• Maintain clear view of vertical initiatives and milestones.
• Identify and track cross-functional dependencies and risks.
• Create concise executive-ready status reports for leadership.
