Job summary

Allegiant is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to lead a high‑performing FP&A team and drive business performance in line with strategic objectives. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, developing advanced financial models and providing value‑maximizing decision support.

The role requires at least three years in analytical/finance roles, with leadership experience and strong proficiency in Excel, SAP, and SQL. MBA preferred, aviation experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires combination of education and experience.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Minimum three years in analytical/finance role, with at least two years as an analyst.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A processes: budgeting, reporting, forecasting.
• Develop advanced financial models and conduct analyses to evaluate initiatives and cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide decision-support and influence financial performance with KPI reporting and executive dashboards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to allocate resources and align with goals.
• Mentor and develop team, promote best practices and proactive problem-solving.
