Allegiant is seeking an Enterprise Systems Program Manager to strategize and lead the portfolio, aligning technology investments with business goals. You will oversee governance, scoping, vendor engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, compliant enterprise solutions.

The role requires seven-plus years in enterprise systems or related fields, strong leadership, and experience with integration projects, budgeting, and agile practices.

Qualifications

• Combination of Education and Experience will be considered.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the unified Enterprise Systems roadmap.
• Define long-term product strategies and investment priorities across the portfolio.
• Evaluate opportunities, system enhancements, and emerging technologies to maximize business value.
• Lead technology discovery initiatives and evaluate new systems, capabilities, and automation opportunities.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
• Serve as liaison between Enterprise Systems, business stakeholders, IT, and vendors.
• Manage the Enterprise Systems backlog and support integration initiatives.
