Job summary

Allegiant is seeking an Enterprise Systems Program Manager to drive the strategic planning, product and program management for the Enterprise Systems portfolio. You will own the technology roadmap for systems like SAP, Ariba, FuelPlus, Trax eMRO, SkyLedger, and related apps, coordinating across stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams.

You will lead governance, program delivery, and enterprise integration initiatives, ensuring business value, regulatory compliance, and scalable solutions while

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise systems, product management, program management, project management, business analysis, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years leading large-scale enterprise initiatives involving multiple business units, vendors, and technology teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the unified Enterprise Systems roadmap.
• Define long-term product strategies and investment priorities across the portfolio.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
• Lead cross-functional programs consisting of multiple related projects and workstreams.
• Coordinate integration activities across Finance, Procurement, Maintenance, Operations, and supporting technology teams.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Change Management, Release Management, and governance standards.
