Allegiant is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and growth. You will partner across teams, support organizational development, and manage the full HR lifecycle with a focus on compliance and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; combination of education and experience considered.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, partnering with leaders to support objectives and talent initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusting relationships with leaders and understand business drivers to drive objectives.
• Provide consultation across the Team Member lifecycle: organizational development, leadership development, talent management, recruitment and retention, performance management, total rewards.
• Partner with leaders to identify workforce needs and develop HR strategies that support objectives, engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement HR programs, policies and processes enhancing Team Member experience and performance.
• Coach leaders on performance management, talent development and team effectiveness while ensuring compliant practices.
• Support initiatives to strengthen engagement, inclusion and culture; use data and insights to inform decisions.
