Job summary

Alliant Credit Union is seeking a seasoned PMO/Program Manager to lead end-to-end planning and delivery of large cross-functional initiatives. You will partner with executives to translate vision into executable plans, manage budgets, and drive risk mitigation.

The role demands Agile/SAFe expertise and strong coaching across portfolios. Responsibilities include governance, status reporting, and ensuring audit/compliance alignment while fostering a high-performing delivery culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
5+ years in product management or program management.
8 years of product management and Agile methodology as alternative.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end planning, execution and delivery of large cross-functional initiatives.
Monitor budgets, expenditures and remaining funds.
Collaborate with executives to translate vision into executable plans.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals and drive change.
Hold team members accountable to deliver milestones on time.
