Job summary

Stripe is looking for a Strategic Program Manager for Support to drive high-impact initiatives across Support, Product, and internal teams. You will partner with leadership to scope projects, define objectives, and translate strategy into actionable plans that improve user experience and efficiency.

You will manage multiple workstreams, navigate ambiguity, and build relationships with leaders across product, engineering, and sales to deliver measurable outcomes for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy and operations, consulting, and/or program management.
• Experience in highly cross-functional settings spanning strategy, analysis, and operations.
• Strong program management skills with end-to-end project delivery and measurable impact.
• Analytical skills to derive strategic insights from data and communicate clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for leadership and peers across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive aligned outcomes.
• Experience with dashboards or internal documentation platforms.
