Stripe is seeking a Product Lead for Support Experience to shape strategy, write requirements, and drive execution for a world-class support product.

You will lead and grow a global team of PMs and partner with AI teams to unlock new capabilities across Stripe’s product suite, elevating the helper experience for customers and internal users alike.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering long-term vision and roadmaps for large-scale products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managing product managers and 8+ years as a product manager.
• Deep user empathy and strong UX focus.
• Experience developing multi-year vision, strategy and roadmap for large-scale products.
• Experience hiring and leading customer-focused PM teams across continents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for conversational AI and human support at Stripe.
• Shape strategy, capture requirements, and oversee execution of high-impact initiatives.
• Partner with AI teams to improve user support effectiveness.
• Build relationships with senior Operations leaders to enhance support functions.
• Grow and coach a global team of PMs across regions.
