Job summary
Stripe is seeking a Product Lead for Support Experience to define strategy, requirements, and drive execution for a world-class support experience. You will lead a team of PMs delivering high-impact products for conversational and human support, partnering with AI teams and senior Operations leaders.
The role emphasizes leadership across geographies, and the in-office judgment will apply to alignment with Stripe’s global support initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years as a product manager with 3+ years managing PMs.
- Strong user empathy and UX focus.
- Experience building multi-year vision and roadmaps for large-scale products.
- Experience leading cross-continent PM teams.
- Technical background in CS or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap for the future of conversational AI and human support at Stripe
- Shape strategy, steer product requirements, and hold a high bar for the execution of high-impact initiatives
- Partner with Stripe’s AI teams to unlock opportunities for serving users more effectively
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders across Operations to continually uplevel our human support functions
- Grow and coach a global team of PMs in building systems and platforms for conversational and human agents.
