Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to execution
• Ability to identify friction and design scalable improvements that drive measurable outcomes
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic thinking skills to investigate issues and design solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience designing or improving operational processes, governance, or execution mechanisms

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and improve repeatable, lightweight execution mechanisms that track program status and surface blockers
• Collaborate with Tax Operations, Product, and Engineering to improve cross-functional planning and delivery
• Identify execution friction and implement scalable improvements for operational effectiveness
• Establish metrics and reporting to provide visibility into execution health and enable data-informed decisions
• Facilitate cross-functional reviews, planning sessions, and execution forums to align teams
• Monitor initiatives through rollout and drive follow-up improvements
