Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Project Manager for the People Operations and Insights team. You will drive end-to-end delivery across HR initiatives, partnering with legal, finance, and engineering to optimize processes and governance.

You’ll tackle ambiguous problems with rigor, develop actionable plans, and present findings to senior leadership. The role emphasizes collaboration, adaptability in a fast-growing environment, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management, business operations, strategy or consulting.
• Experience working within an HR team and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Tackle hard, ambiguous questions with rigor and independence, owning projects from problem definition to final recommendation.
• Develop and implement project plans, optimize workflows and ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and engineering to improve processes and controls.
• Establish project governance and ensure milestones comply with standards and best practices.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the People team.
