Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related field.
• Experience leading products from discovery to launch.

• High degree of comfort with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap: Set and prioritize the CS Efficiency and Scale roadmap with stakeholder alignment.
• Discover and define problems: Partner with CS and other teams to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Shape solutions: Translate needs into clear briefs, requirements, success metrics, and launch plans.
• Drive delivery and adoption: Coordinate cross-functional execution with enablement and measurement plans.
• Scale CS impact: Build tools and programs that extend CS value where coverage is limited.
