Job summary

Accelleron is seeking a Strategy and PMO professional to lead cross-functional initiatives across North America. You will shape business cases, drive digital transformation, and partner with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Finance to deliver measurable growth and efficiency gains.

The role blends strategic analysis with hands-on project leadership in a global industrial environment. Hybrid or remote work options are available; a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
5–7+ years with strategy, business development, or program management.
Proven track record leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Experience in industrial, marine, energy, or power generation settings.
PMP and Lean Six Sigma credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

Directly leads high-priority strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Develops business cases, ROI analyses, and benefits tracking.
Partners with leadership to identify growth opportunities and manage execution.
Leads execution from concept to implementation and transition to operations.
Facilitates executive reviews and steering meetings.
Supports annual planning and strategic decision-making.
