Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
- 5–7+ years in strategy, business development, PMO, or operations leadership.
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- MBA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-priority strategic projects end-to-end across Sales, Service Ops, Engineering, Finance, HR, Supply Chain.
- Perform business and financial analyses, build business cases, ROI modeling, and strategy recommendations.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and manage stakeholder communications at leadership level.
