Job summary

Braven is seeking an Associate Director, Program Operations – Post Accelerator, to design, document, and execute scalable operational systems for Fellows after graduation. You will lead cross‑functional teams across Product, Systems, and Regions, ensuring timely, high‑quality Post‑Accelerator programs and experiences.

The role blends strategic ownership with hands‑on execution, reporting to the Senior Director of Post‑Accelerator Enablement. Hybrid work across Chicago, Newark, or NYC is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in program, project, or operations management—ideally in education, nonprofit, or mission‑driven environments.
• Experience designing scalable operational systems.
• Excellent organization and project management skills.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of national Post‑Accelerator programs and related operational processes.
• Develop and improve SOPs for case management, mentor matching, attendance tracking, and events.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent program delivery across sites.
• Onboard and train new teammates on Post‑Accelerator strategies and documentation.
• Supervise 1–2 part‑time interns and guide their project work.
