Xometry, a leading on-demand manufacturing platform, is seeking a Program Manager, Operations to oversee cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and growth. You will partner with product, engineering, supply chain and customer success to implement improvements, manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs, and drive automation and lean practices.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of PM/Operations experience; travel up to 25% may be required; hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of program, project, or operations experience.
• Track record leading cross-functional, large-scale programs.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional operational programs from initiation to delivery.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain and customer success to improve operations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track program success.
• Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders to align objectives and deliverables.
• Analyze data to inform decisions and identify automation opportunities.
• Champion lean principles and best practices across the organization.
