Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–7+ years with strategy, business development, or program management.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience in industrial, marine, energy, or power generation settings.
• PMP and Lean Six Sigma credentials are a plus.

Strategic Project LeadershipDirectly leads high-priority strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives critical to North America's growth and profitability.Leads and executes strategic projects from concept through implementation and benefits realization.Defines project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, budgets, and success criteria.Coordinates activities across Sales, Service Operations, Engineering, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Trade Compliance, and General ManagementPartners directly with North America leadership to identify and execute transformational growth opportunities.Identifies risks and develops mitigation plans to ensure project success.Drives project execution and removes barriers to achieve business objectives.Ensures successful project closure and transition into operational ownership.Examples may include:Data Center market growth initiativesService network optimizationFacility and footprint strategy projectsDigital transformation initiativesProductivity and margin improvement programs2.
