Acrisure is seeking a Program Manager in Grand Rapids, MI to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs that support the Client Service Center and drive technology-enabled transformation.

You will own governance, financial oversight, and vendor performance while coordinating multiple interrelated projects to deliver measurable business outcomes. This on-site role requires collaboration with senior leaders across operations, technology, and client service teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives with multiple concurrent projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or related field; or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end program strategy, governance, and delivery of large-scale initiatives with multiple interdependent projects.
• Establish and manage program governance, reporting, and decision-making frameworks.
• Oversee program budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and financial accountability.
• Manage third-party vendors and external partners, ensuring performance and delivery quality.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams (operations, technology, client service, business).
• Identify and manage program-level risks, dependencies, and issues, driving resolution.
• Provide executive-level status reporting and lead stakeholder communications.
• Lead resource planning and prioritization across program workstreams.
• Drive operational improvements and scalable processes through program initiatives.
• Lead change management and adoption efforts to ensure successful implementation.
