Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Program Manager to lead, plan, and execute large-scale programs supporting the Client Service Center. You will manage multiple interrelated projects, align with strategic priorities, and deliver measurable outcomes.

This role partners with senior stakeholders to drive service delivery, operational efficiency, and technology-enabled transformation. Expect governance, budgets, vendor management, and end-to-end delivery for complex initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or related field.
Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects or programs.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program strategy, governance, and delivery of large-scale initiatives.
Establish and manage program governance, reporting, and decision-making frameworks.
Oversee program budgets, including forecasting and financial tracking.
Manage third-party vendors and external partners, ensuring performance and delivery quality.
Drive alignment across cross-functional teams (operations, technology, client service, business).
Identify and manage program-level risks, dependencies, and issues, driving resolution.
Provide executive-level status reporting and lead stakeholder communications.
