Job summary

Acrisure seeks a Program Manager to lead, plan, and execute large-scale programs within its Client Service Center. You will oversee multiple interrelated projects, align with strategic priorities, and deliver measurable business outcomes while coordinating with senior stakeholders.

You'll manage governance, budgets, vendor performance, and cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, change management, and value realization in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Boston, MA.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives with multiple workstreams.
• Proven ability to forecast, track budgets, and manage financials.
• Strong communication with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program strategy, governance, and delivery of large-scale initiatives.
• Define program roadmap, timelines, and success metrics aligned to business objectives.
• Establish governance frameworks and reporting for transparency.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, tracking, and financial accountability.
• Manage third-party vendors and external partners for quality delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, technology, and client service.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; drive resolution and mitigation.
• Provide executive status updates and steering committee communications.
• Drive changes and adoption to realize program value and outcomes.
• Lead resource planning and prioritization across workstreams.
