Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader, is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis in Grand Rapids, MI. You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and strategic FP&A activities, partnering with ETG and cross‑functional teams to drive performance and insights.

You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders, build scalable dashboards, and develop executive‑level materials. Strong modeling, analytics, and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance or related experience.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including driver‑based modeling, scenario analysis, forecasting, and executive‑level storytelling.
• Experience supporting data, IT, or AI development teams.
• Experience with planning platforms such as Adaptive, Anaplan, Oracle EPM, OneStream or similar tools.
• Proven ability to translate complex data to insights that influence senior leadership decisions.
• Experience with BI/analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker with large datasets.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong project leadership and the ability to deliver high‑quality work in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, automation, and scalable FP&A practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end forecasting, budgeting, and long‑term planning for assigned business units.
• Develop and maintain driver‑based financial models linked to operational metrics.
• Provide senior‑level analyses of performance, including variance, trend, risk, and opportunity assessments.
• Deliver executive‑ready narratives and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Partner with Data, Analytics and ETG teams to define KPI standards and improve reporting and dashboards.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership and Board reporting, including scenarios and strategic recommendations.
• Support ROI analyses, business cases, and technology investment payback modeling.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration and mentor analysts to strengthen modeling capabilities.
• Build relationships with executives and stakeholders to align objectives and drive results.
• Identify opportunities to automate and standardize FP&A processes.
