Job summary

Acrisure seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead and deliver complex, multi-workstream initiatives. You will own strategy, governance, and delivery across operations, technology, and client service, ensuring budgets, timelines, and success metrics align with business objectives.

Responsibilities include vendor management, executive reporting, risk mitigation, and driving change management to realize measurable value across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing large, cross-functional programs
• Experience owning program budgets, forecasting and financial tracking
• Proven success managing third-party vendors and external partners
• Strong communication skills with senior leaders and executives
• Ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams
• Experience with program delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

• Lead, plan, and execute large-scale, complex programs and projects supporting Acrisure’s Client Service Center
• Own end-to-end program strategy, governance, and delivery for cross-functional initiatives with multiple interdependent projects
• Define program strategy, roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics aligned to business objectives
• Establish and manage program governance, reporting, and decision-making frameworks
• Oversee program budgets, forecasting, tracking, and financial accountability

Requirements

• Ability to drive alignment and influence across cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with program delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives, including coordinating multiple concurrent projects or programs
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience utilizing program and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms
• Experience supporting complex call center initiatives
• Experience supporting digital transformation or process improvement initiatives
• Insurance industry or financial services experience preferred
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred
