Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Program Manager to lead, plan, and execute large-scale programs supporting the Client Service Center. This role oversees multiple interrelated projects, aligning with strategic priorities and delivering measurable business outcomes.

The role partners with senior stakeholders to drive service delivery, operational optimization, customer experience, and technology-enabled transformation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects or programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end program strategy, governance, and delivery of large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Establish and manage program governance, reporting, and decision‑making frameworks.
• Oversee program budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and financial accountability.
• Manage third‑party vendors and external partners, ensuring performance and delivery quality.
• Drive alignment across cross‑functional teams (operations, technology, client service, business).
• Identify and manage program‑level risks, dependencies, and issues, driving resolution.
• Provide executive‑level status reporting and lead stakeholder communications.
• Lead resource planning and prioritization across program workstreams.
• Drive operational improvements and scalable processes through program initiatives.
• Lead change management and adoption efforts to ensure successful implementation and sustainment.
