Job summary

Hamilton Lane is seeking a senior execution professional to partner with the Head of the Strategic Partner Group. You will drive multi‑initiative programs, turning strategy into actionable operating plans with clear milestones and governance.

You will collaborate across regions and functions, manage changing priorities, and help leaders turn recommendations into measurable results while maintaining disciplined follow‑up and communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in program/project management, management consulting, organizational change management, or a cross-functional execution role.
• Ability to operate with incomplete information and shifting scope.
• Strong organizational and follow‑through discipline; maintain project plans, trackers and governance cadences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Head of SPG and manage a portfolio of 3–5 concurrent initiatives.
• Structure problems into clear workplans, milestones, owners and decision points.
• Build and run project plans, cadences, governance forums, trackers and dashboards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across lines and regions to align org design and operating model.
