Job summary

onsemi seeks a program management leader to drive strategic initiatives including acquisitions, integrations, major system implementations, and business process improvements. You will interact with executives to align outcomes with evolving needs and champion continuous PM process improvements.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, translate strategy into executable plans with clear milestones, and deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes while maintaining records and executive updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 15 years related work experience.
• MBA with technical degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of project/program management experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project or equivalent tools.
• Mergers, acquisitions, integrations, divestitures or enterprise process improvement experience preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Semiconductor industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage program requirements, acceptance criteria, scope changes, and stakeholder expectations throughout the program lifecycle.
• Own delivery of the agreed business outcome, scope, schedule, budget, resources, and benefits.
• Translate strategic objectives into executable plans with milestones, dependencies, critical paths, decision points, and accountable owners.
• Lead cross-functional teams and project managers across business and technical disciplines, often without direct authority.
• Identify emerging risks and issues early; prioritize what matters, establish mitigation plans, and escalation with clear options and recommendations.
• Communicate concise, audience-appropriate updates on progress, risks, decisions, trade-offs, and required actions to executives, teams, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain disciplined program records, including charters, schedules, budgets, RAID and decision logs, action trackers, and executive status reports.
• Improve corporate project management processes, standards, tools, and operating practices based on program experience and lessons learned.
