Job summary

jadeglobal is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end M&A integration programs, including Day 1 readiness, data and ERP/Lead to Cash integration, and synergy tracking.

You will partner with Corporate Development, Legal, Finance, and IMO to drive due diligence findings, TSA planning, and cross-functional change management across acquired and acquiring teams, reporting to executives with clear status, risks, and milestones.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience implementing Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe.
• Program Manager for Lead to Cash, Finance transformation, or enterprise IT programs.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• M&A integration experience preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, or MBA credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure, operations, Finance technology, and Lead to Cash programs from planning through implementation and stabilization.
• Establish and maintain Sprint and Program Increment calendars and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Establish program governance, milestones, and reporting; manage integrated plans and RAID.
• Coordinate ServiceNow ITSM processes and ITIL-aligned release management and CAB.
• Manage program financials, budgets, vendor spend, and contracts.
• Engage stakeholders across Finance, FP&A, Treasury, IT, and business teams; provide executive status reporting.
• Define KPIs to measure program health and ensure compliance with policies and SOX.
