Job summary

onsemi seeks a seasoned project management professional to lead the implementation of strategy within the PSG group. You will manage technology development platform projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and adherence to internal processes and standards.

You will drive cross-functional teams, manage budgets, track milestones, and escalate critical decisions as needed. A strong engineering background and PM experience in semiconductors are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management experience in semiconductor or related field.
• Experience in New Product Development, Power Module focus preferred.
• PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees technology development platform programs and coordinates with program managers.
• Define and manage project requirements with stakeholders throughout the life of the project.
• Create schedules and risk analyses using management tools; track progress and budgets.
