Job summary

UL Solutions seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead large, strategic M&A integration programs and carve-outs, spanning pre-close planning to post-close value realization. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams across business, IT, finance, legal, and operations, delivering on deal objectives with strong governance and executive visibility.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering M&A integrations and carve-out transactions.
Advanced program and financial management skills (ROI, IRR, synergy tracking).
Ability to operate in ambiguous, high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end M&A integration programs and carve-outs from pre-close to post-close.
Define and manage integration and separation plans with roadmaps and TSA considerations.
Coordinate execution across business, IT, finance, HR, legal, and operations.
Provide governance, reporting, and executive communication for programs.
Manage risks including stranded costs, TSA dependencies, and continuity risks.
