Job summary

Components Express Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for Semiconductor Solutions to bring structure and momentum to our most strategic programs.

You will align customer requirements, internal deliverables, and supplier agreements across engineering, operations, supply chain, customers, and suppliers. You will help build and strengthen program management practices in a fast-growing semiconductor environment, actively leading cross-functional initiatives with a strategic yet hands-on approach

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in Program Management or Project Management within the semiconductor, electronics, high‑tech manufacturing, or related industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring planning, deliverables, and dependencies within multidisciplinary teams.
• Actively driving progress towards customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Improving program management processes within our Business Lines.
• Overseeing risks, creating clarity, and escalating in time when needed.
• Building a future-proof approach for large-scale development trajectories.
