Job summary
onsemi seeks a Senior Manager, Business Systems to lead strategy, implementation, and optimization of enterprise systems supporting global Sourcing, Procurement, and Supplier Management. You will serve as the liaison between Procurement and IT to ensure scalable, compliant, cost-efficient solutions that drive operational excellence.
The ideal candidate has deep procurement process knowledge, strong ERP platform experience (Oracle, Coupa), and a track record of large-scale system implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 10+ years in business systems, IT, or ERP leadership.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience.
- Experience with semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing environments.
- Strong ERP/procurement platform expertise (Oracle, Coupa).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the tech roadmap for Global Sourcing and Procurement.
- Lead process transformation via automation, digitalization, and data-driven decisions.
- Evaluate new technologies and procurement platforms to boost ops.
- Establish governance, prioritization, and portfolio management for procurement systems.
- Own end-to-end systems landscape: SRM, CLM, S2C, P2P, supplier risk/quality.
