Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to own the CLS Business Operations, a strategic leader role within Worldwide Operations in Seattle, WA. Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery for senior leadership.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements.
• Experience managing accounting/finance process improvement and/or technology projects with aggressive schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end business planning and operating cycles, establishing cadences that ensure sub-teams deliver against commitments.
• Define program strategy (mission, vision, tenets) and set objectives aligned with CLS and Worldwide Operations goals.
• Drive cohesion across sub-teams by creating visibility into current and future initiatives, dependencies, and resource alignment.
• Identify, evaluate, and drive new strategic partnership opportunities across CLS and broader security functions.
• Identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities, quantify impact, and build a business case for resource reallocation.
• Own and drive MBR/QBR cadences, narrative, data integrity, and actionable outcomes after each review.
• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership, translating metrics into strategic actions.
• Drive communications programs (all-hands, newsletters, internal updates) to keep teams informed and aligned.
• Streamline processes; fix missing processes, handoffs, or reporting gaps.
• Build and maintain dashboards/scorecards for leadership visibility, tracking progress and surfacing risks.
• Measure performance against goals, surfacing risks and opportunities with recommended actions.
• Build mechanisms for continuous improvement using data to drive operational enhancements across the organization.
