Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience performing data analysis using MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities

• Own strategic planning/goal-setting cycles and hold the pen strategic plans and goal proposals presented to senior leaders
• Drive key reporting mechanisms inclusive of monthly goal updates and recurring business/goal reviews
• Deepen the broader org’s business understanding through deep-dive analyses and delivery of documents/reports on focused topics
• Craft executive communications and reports for senior leadership including being the conduit between deep analytics reporting/dashboards and packaging up for business decision-making
• Strengthen org cohesion and effectiveness by driving mechanisms/workstreams for cross-functional efforts
• Support senior leadership with other projects and initiatives as needed.
