Job summary

Amazon's Global Procurement Operations is seeking a senior program leader to drive catalog strategy and governance across multiple regions. You will shape end-to-end processes, partner with technology teams, and align with senior leadership on savings goals.

The role requires extensive experience in program management, supply chain, and analytics, with a track record of driving automation and standardized workflows that reduce fragmentation and improve data quality.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the end-to-end catalog strategy for Global Manufacturing & Distribution Services.
• Align catalog governance standards with the Global Procurement Central Services team.
• Lead cross-functional programs translating sourcing decisions into catalog outcomes.
• Design frameworks driving spend compliance and adoption.
• Serve as liaison between the category team and Strategic Initiatives.
• Own savings pipeline and report on financial performance against plan.
• Build dashboards and reporting to monitor catalog health and savings performance.
