Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management or operations in large-scale organizations.
• Technical understanding to communicate with product and tooling teams about blockers without translation.
• Strong written communication, including executive-level documents like WBRs and QBRs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the program and operational backbone of the CS COE Direct Customer Success, managing cross-team initiatives end-to-end.
• Own end-to-end creation of strategic planning documents and represent the team in executive forums.
• Lead cadence of weekly, monthly, and quarterly Business Reviews, synthesizing metrics into strategic narratives.
• Establish closed-loop feedback with CSS to identify improvements for tooling and enablement teams.
• Ensure enablement assets and tools are adopted by partners and AWS field, tracking adoption metrics.
• Drive awareness of flagship programs (Adoption Incentives, AI-First Organization, CSS Academy) with field and partners.
• Coordinate across teams to identify blockers and communicate product issues with technical fluency.
• Build cross-team relationships to broker solutions and accelerate high-priority objectives.
