Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a technical leader to drive end-to-end automation initiatives within the ILS Delivery & Execution organization. You will collaborate with Strategy, Field, and Vendor teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions that improve fleet efficiency across North America.

The role emphasizes program management, cross-functional coordination, and proactive risk management to enable strategic execution and operational excellence at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and SQL.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program management for large-scale automation initiatives that eliminate redundant tasks and improve operational efficiency across D&E functions.
• Create end-to-end execution requirements for emerging programs to ensure operational feasibility, collaborating with strategy and field teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead cross-functional alignment between Strategy teams, Field/Operations teams, and Vendors to identify optimization opportunities and implement data-driven solutions.
• Proactively identify risks and dependencies across complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving resolution of blockers.
