Job summary

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple business units including new buildings, expansions, and tech initiatives.
• Develop estimates, schedules, cash flow forecasts, and manage budgets.
• Collaborate with Finance, PMO, Real Estate, Construction, Operations Engineering, and Procurement.
• Ensure funding milestones and schedule dependencies are met.
• Partner with downstream teams to secure on-time funding with high quality.
