Job summary

Lumitex is seeking a Portfolio Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional product development initiatives from concept through commercialization and production. You will own project direction, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery across engineering, quality/regulatory, operations, manufacturing, supply chain and sales/marketing.

The role requires strong leadership, multi-project prioritization, and a track record delivering complex programs in a regulated or manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, PM or business (required).
7+ years of progressive project, program or portfolio management experience.
Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project and portfolio roadmaps with milestones and risks.
Lead multiple product development projects from concept through commercialization and production.
Establish scope, schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables and success criteria.
Maintain project plans, milestones, risk tracking and documentation.
Own project commitments and drive cross-functional accountability for on-time delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks, delays and resource constraints with recovery plans.
Communicate status, decisions and actions to leadership.
Support compliance with quality/regulatory processes.
