Job summary

The University of Pennsylvania's Penn Engineering is seeking a Program Coordinator, Strategic Support for the Center for Precision Engineering for Health (CPE4H) to provide administrative and operational support to the Director, PIs, and staff. Based at 1 uCity, the role initially requires five days on-site per week with potential hybrid scheduling; pay range is $24.21-$32.00 per hour.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of related administrative experience;

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Director, PIs, core faculty, and researchers in the Center (CPE4H).
• Coordinate meetings, seminars, workshops, and events including scheduling, venue, invitations, and travel.
• Manage Center communications, website content, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate office operations, facilities requests, supplies, visitor logistics, and timesheets for student workers.
• Support proposal development and financial administrative processes; coordinate with Penn Engineering Financial Services.
• Monitor expenditures and assist with Center-related financial matters.
• Perform other duties for the Strategic Support Team and research centers.
