Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or related field, and/or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience as a program coordinator or relevant position.
• Knowledge of program management and procedures.
• Knowledge and experience in budgeting, documentation, and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office. Experience with scheduling software (MS Project, ProChain).
• Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Superb time-management and organizational skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and efficient.
• Ability to communicate with others to exchange information both orally and in writing.
• Citizenship: U.S. Citizen or qualified U.S. Person per ALU 22 CFR 120.15; may require DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of Programs and related activities.
• Maintain budgets and track expenditures and transactions.
• Manage communications through external portals (e.g., SPARS, EXOSTAR).
• Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agendas and documentation.
• Create reports and assist in proposal generation.
• Foster and support positive relations within the program teams and with external stakeholders.
• Ensure technology is used appropriately for all operations (video conferencing, presentations).
• Support growth and program development.
• Ensure implementation of RIX policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the CPO, PD (CSS), or PMs.
